  • Both options are supportive and safe environments to work toward personal growth but the approach is different. Individual therapy is focused on psychological concerns and dives into past traumas and attachment wounds that may impact current situations.

    Coaching is designed to achieve growth with a skills and forward driven mindset. Coaching tends to a have an emphasis on creating change through education and accountability.

    The client and therapist will determine the best option during the consultation call.

  • Sex therapy is a specialized form of psychotherapy that focuses on addressing and resolving issues related to sexual health, intimacy, and relationships. Seeing a sex therapist ensures that clients can discuss all aspects of their life without judgment. While sex therapists have additional training in sexuality, they are therapists first and ALL concerns can be addressed!

  • Sex therapy can be beneficial for anyone, any age, any orientation, any gender identity, and anyone interested or disinterested in sex and intimacy. Some common concerns include desire discrepancy, sexual trauma, changes in life stages, new relationships, desire to explore sexual interests or relationship structures, or seeking more sexual education.

  • I work with a variety of relationship structures including monogamy and polyamory, premarital, separated, or seeking to deepen your emotional relationship with yourself.

  • At this time, Inclusive Sex and Relationship Therapy is not in-network with any insurance providers and therefore cannot accept insurance. A Superbill can be provided if your insurance plan reimburses for out-of-network therapy services. Out-of-network therapy offers patient privacy, freedom from insurance-related restrictions such as limits on session frequency and treatment duration, and freedom to select the therapist you wish. Insurance companies require a psychiatric diagnosis for insurance reimbursement, which may become part of your permanent health record.

    Please note that if you receive Medicaid I cannot provide services to you, per Colorado state law.

  • Yes, slicing scale pricing is available for clients in need. Rates are decided on a case-by-case basis.

  • Determining the best schedule will be decided collaboratively between the client and therapist with most clients starting out weekly to build a strong foundation. After treatment is established, most clients will continue to meet on a weekly or biweekly basis.

  • The cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. All sessions can be changed to telehealth on short notice. Please provide as much notice as possible and exceptions may be made for emergencies.
